Skillbook needed a flexible event management platform that could handle complex features like geo-location-based pricing and timezone management. They also faced issues with past agencies and required a team that could ensure transparency, quality, and scalability for future growth.
We embraced an agile process to keep Skillbook involved every step of the way. Using Next.js, Strapi, and AWS, we built a dynamic, scalable platform with features like waitlists, attendance tracking, and abandoned cart recovery, ensuring it was ready for future expansions.
The end result was a powerful event management platform that now operates as a SaaS product. Not only did it enhance Skillbook's operations, but it also opened up new opportunities for them to offer this platform to other businesses.
